When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After purchase, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
I'm enrolled! How do I find my course?

Once you are signed in, you can click on 'My Courses' to view all courses in which you are enrolled.
I can't log in! It says my email address is already in use. What's happening?
When you visit the site, you get two options, "Sign Up" or "Log In." Sign up is only for new accounts. Look for the "log in" option to access your existing account.
I've forgotten my password!
Click the "reset password" option below the log in form to reset your password. If it doesn't seem to work, contact me to manually reset your password: email@example.com
There are three things to try before contacting us for help:
- Try a different internet browser. Internet Explorer is often unstable with course videos. We recommend Chrome.
- Enable cookies on your computer or device.
- Clear your browser cache or history.
Be aware that the videos were recorded in HD and will require a longer loading time due to the higher quality of the video.
If you are still having trouble, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem and we will work on resolving the issue.
How do I post in the Student Gallery?
Many of the courses include a student gallery for you to post your projects for instructor feedback using Disqus. You can create a Disqus account or comment as a guest.
Enter your comment in the box, then click the small icon to the bottom left of the box to add an image. Be aware that images may take a few minutes to load before posting, and once posted, you may need to wait a few minutes or reload the page to see your work in the student gallery.
